He has having a experience of 20 years in the field of pesticides production in semi govt. sector. Marketing, development of industry, product promotion, sources of raw material, packing material etc. guided & controlled by Shri. C.J. Suryawanshi.

      Its very hard to take decision to established agri. business after 20 years working in Government sector. But with the help of family members and Balasaheb’s strong experience and confidence he started a manufacturing unit in 1996.
